PROJECT OVERVIEW

Adaptive reuse of a historic warehouse into luxury loft apartments. The project preserves the original brick facade while integrating modern amenities and sustainable systems.

The Challenge

Preserving the 100-year-old masonry structure while bringing the building up to modern seismic and energy codes.

The Solution

We installed a steel moment frame within the existing shell for seismic stability and utilized high-performance windows that mimic the historical profile. Roof-mounted solar panels offset 40% of the building's energy use.
